Born in New Orleans & Raised in Atlanta , Kristina Ray has been singing since the age of 5. She wrote her first song in the 10th Grade. After her father enrolled her for 7 years as a performing arts student, Kristina later got signed to L7 ent & Harrell Records in 2012 as a songwriter. Being the granddaughter of Motown Vocalist Louvain Demps of the Andantes , Kris had no choice but to grow up learning and meeting some of the best songwriters, artists, and producers. Independently she’s establishing a new sound in R&B which features from artists and producers like 8 Ball, Raheem Devaughn, JDub Walker (Bad Boy Hit Men), K-Fam , and more. Kristina Ray has a sound that is influenced by artists like Aaliyah, Sade, Monica, Brandy, Missy Elliott, Destiny’s Child & countless Motown Classic Artists. She’s simply beautiful and a breath of fresh air. Music is supposed to be fun, heal and inspire. She’s here to handle all 3.
