To his close friends, Mikey is the man of the hour who people instantly feel comfortable around him and confide in. Mikey created Black Gold Of The Sun from a place curiosity and hope. It started as his vision of artistic harmony and way to communicate the black experience in a world today. Since he was little, his father played different genres of music around him which he found the many facets that music holds. This inspiration continues to live with him in the projection of his artistic pieces through film,television, music, graphic novels, and comics. He seeks to create timeless, pieces of work that impact our current generation but many more to come. Currently accepted to the Roc Nation school of Music, Sports , and Management. He seeks to expand his entrepreneurship by helping other artist in need of direction and space to express freely. Opening a Recording studio in Texas he wants artist and community to come together creating something unique for the future.
