Born into a family rich in musical history, there was no surprise when LWay delved into the art of music. Finding inspiration across the vast genres, solace was easily embraced in composing music for Way. "Creating is the art of expression. It's easy to copy what's popular, but making music for me is about self-realization and breaking norms"-LWay. After receiving an AOS in Music Production and Engineering, LWay began etching his name as a reputable engineer on the St. Louis scene. Having worked at Phat Buddah, Gateway Digital and other studios, building and perfecting his craft is always at the forefront of goals while composing. As a vocalist, LWay draws from his engineering components to help the direction of his works. "It's important to have a sound but I don't want my catalog to sound monotonous.
