Lootchiano

Salt Lake City

Hailing from Salt Lake City, Lootchiano is a multifaceted singer-songwriter, producer, and underground emcee bridging the Golden Era of hip-hop with soul-drenched reggae. A veteran of the SLC scene, his foundation was built between 1999 and 2008, releasing seven prolific underground albums. Now, he returns with a sound as authentic as the streets he rides. The Lootchiano vibration is a dedicated hip hop-reggae hybrid defined by "low-end theory"—heavy basslines paired with raw unplugged melodies. This vision shines on "The Perfect Storm," a collaboration with Nick Romer of Scenic Byway, exploring the magnetic pull of the Glass House movement. Operating out of Glass House Productions, Lootchiano’s process is constant motion. From his basement lab to his mobile “Bike-rophone” sessions, he has built a brand on transparency. His upcoming project, The 8, is a 14-track journey through the "perfect storms" that define us. In a digital world, Lootchiano proves there is nothing more powerf
