Long Grove

Born and raised in Iowa, I’ve always been driven by imagination; daydreaming is where everything begins. I started writing lyrics in junior high and later became the lead vocalist and lyricist for the alternative rock band Hunter Station. Music, to me, gives life movement—it’s how we process emotion and connect. When my wife and I had our first child, I stepped away from the band to focus on family. Over the past 12 years, I’ve continued writing, collecting ideas, and shaping my sound. Now, with modern tools, I’m creating music on my own terms. I don’t stay in one lane—my sound blends alternative rock, pop, soul, and rock rap, driven by feeling. Fatherhood changed everything. My music isn’t about escape—it’s about enhancing life, connection, and feeling it all. We live in a beautiful world if we allow ourselves to feel it. My music exists in that space—between dreams and reality. Because no matter what we face, we rise, we fall, but together, we stand tall.
