Hello Friends! I graduated with a Music degree and then decided to pursue my Master's in Social Work to be a therapist. I now work at a psych hospital with the most beautiful and resilient patients. My heart is to combine music and what I know about severe mental illness to help people understand these resilient humans' hardships. For healing to come, the stigma surrounding mental illness and mental health has to change. My hope is that you will feel empathy for this population and commit to ending the stigma surrounding them.
