MERNie Music is a dark psychological ambient project focused on the sound of inner collapse, clinical spaces, distorted routines, and survival under pressure. Using drones, field recordings, spoken word, synth textures, heartbeats, mechanical noises, and minimalist rhythmic structures, MERNie Music creates cinematic soundscapes that feel somewhere between hospital corridor, system error, and private confession. The music deals with mental illness, chronic illness, isolation, guilt, control, and the fragile moments where a person keeps going anyway. All music, sound design, arrangement, mixing, and mastering are created manually in Cubase. Visual artwork and images may be created separately with digital or AI-assisted tools.
