MONRUE

Cape Town

Hi there! I am an indie hip-hop and pop artist who believes in emotional and genuine storytelling through music. My music is inspired by my personal life journey dealing with OCD, Christianity, and identity. I am constantly battling with thoughts in my mind and wish to share that with people who have the same struggles and questions I'm currently going through. If you have questions about your faith, identity, or have unwanted or intrusive thoughts, whether obsessions or compulsions, know that you're not alone. I hope my songs can bring you some comfort and love.
