Mad Scientist Music Lab (M.S.M.L.) is an electronic-based experimental music, video, and storyline project with foundations in cyberpunk, hauntology, and historical fantasy. Listenters are invited to dive into the unknown, where our “Zone” music shatters boundaries and captures every sonic hue. Major themes featured in our project range from alien lifeforms and superhumans to the rise of AI, and the past, present, and future influence of covert military and secret societies on world culture. Numerous philosophical and existential concepts permeate the music, art, and video landscapes. “Journey of progress” is the root metaphor that is embedded into the MSML universe, where technology and innovation form the essence, becoming the tools that help navigate our path. MSML broadcasts a stark warning that these modern tools must not obstruct the essential human qualities of freedom and self-sufficiency, which are innate companions for humanity’s onward journey.
