Madison is a young artist born and raised in the stunning Aotearoa; she is of Ngāti Porou and Te Whānau ā Apanui descent. Madison has dreamt of being a singer from a young age despite no formal training in the field of music, she has had no vocal lessons though she has been described as a talented writer from a young age and hopes to show that in her songs. In June 2019, Madison received some difficult news regarding her health, and thus the Legacy EP was born. The title Legacy is double-barrelled, it is the title of her first single (released August 26th, 2019), and it holds literal meaning given should her health fail any more, this EP will be what she leaves behind. Legacy was released October 4th.
In the future, Madison hopes to use her music to explore her sexuality and some of the happier times of life.
