Leader of Marsha and the Positrons, kindie (kids+indie) rock band specializing in fun songs about science and how the world works with positive social messages. Cognitive neuroscientist by training. Teaching artist. Have been a music/drama teacher, directed musicals, been a radio DJ, and various other things. Mom of three, and tend to be a baby magnet. Sing, perform, and work with all ages from babies to elders. Work with several organizations performing in children's hospitals, special needs schools, and retirement communities or care facilities. Love to dance and usually get my dance fix in Zumba and dance fitness classes. Love to swim. Enjoy cooking. More than all that, I love to sing and be in front of an audience (of any size) and bring joy through music. Am honored to be able to write songs, make records, and play music for a living. Am tickled that other people want to hear my songs and listen to me sing.
