Hailing from Northern Ontario, MJ Stewart has been playing guitar for a long time. A really long time. And he knows what he likes in guitar music. With such a broad perspective of musical styles and guitar influences, he still has managed to retain the most important ingredient of his musical recipe: Canadian rock and roll. Fueled by earlier influences such as April Wine, Rush and BTO, the rest of the musical world conspired to shape his musical ears with the likes of Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Yes, Pink Floyd, AC DC, the Allman Brothers and Gov't Mule to name a few. So many sounds and so many flavors. MJ has been on a journey seeking to share what is burning inside him with the rest of the world. And he is just starting!
