Guitarist and multi-string player, singer, songwriter and home recorder. Influenced by a wide range of genres - I’m a genuine lover of all music, from the familiar to the experimental, from the pop hooks that get stuck in your head to the deep cuts most people never hear. At heart I write songs to be shared - not kept to myself. I never expected to be the one singing these alone. I always imagined other voices, other hands on the fretboard, other people connecting with the words as if they were their own, bringing their own tone, their own phrasing, their own energy. For me, music has always been about passing it on — a melody landing somewhere else and becoming something new. I’m not here to be precious or exclusive - I want these songs to live beyond me. But until they do, until they find their rightful performers, their future homes and interpreters, I’ll honour them the best I can: I’ll play them, I’ll sing them, I’ll record them - my babies but hoping you might keep them alive.
