To say he was born to be an artist is an understatement…Meet “Ocho Allan Poe”. Also known as Jalen Dresel of Dallas TX.… Ocho is the son of the underground femcee and Chicago legend “Sett”. Ocho as a kid would sit in sessions at the infamous Chocolate Factory aka Chicago trax singing along as his uncles and mother created what would become his future… Embodying the melancholy and poetic devices of famed poet Edgar Allan Poe, Ocho leans solely on his pen, and storytelling skill… he fell in love with poetry prior to adolescence. He is a University of North TX alumni “class of 2022”. After graduating college he told his mother he wanted to follow in her footsteps full time, but with a twist. Henceforth, he has embarked on a journey to create substantive,thought provoking, spine tingling, music… but over modern beats. As such, He enlisted the support of many industry legends. His debut project includes heavy production credit by trap beat kings “808 Mafia” and Texas legend “Mr. Lee”
