American artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, R*J*, was born October 1st, 1998 in Richmond, Virginia. The artist has always had a creative passion for music. At an early age, he expressed a very deep interest in music when his father first exposed him to car audio and the technology of it—introducing him to broader genres of music. The artist had many predecessors who influenced his musical beginnings as a teenager. R*J*'s musical style and capabilities are unique. The artist recorded and released eight to ten mix tapes consecutively (with one unreleased) between 2015 and 2020. His passion for instrumentation, music production, and sound engineering eventually commenced into his first self-produced album at age 20 entitled, "All Or Nothing", which debuted May 31st, 2019, and was dedicated to his late father who passed away August 27th, 2017. His sophomore album “Head Trip” saw a 12/30/2020 release and is still awaiting arrival to streaming services and stores.
