I was born in Mpumalanga, Leroro in 1973. We moved to Bushbuckridge, Zoeknog in the late 70s (around 1978). I began my schooling in 1981 at Rathane ( Lebadisang) lower primary school and proceeded to Mahubahuba Higher primary. After passing my matric in 1993 I headed to Gauteng, Tembisa to look for greener pastures. My music journey started in 1983 when I was only 10. During that year I learned to make and play a tin guitar. I later met with Alfred Romeo Mashile and we started playing together as a band. In the late 1980s we were joined by Victor Letswele and Gilbert Magagane and that's when Supreme Band was formed. I would like to thank Mr Allan Mashego for sponsoring, naming and managing the band. Again I would like to thank General Muzka and Soul Lovers Band in particular for mentoring us through the music journey. Welcome 'Pensele' Ubisi joined the band in 1994 and it became a great brand. My first work in 2002 was a gospel album. I later changed to jazz and African music.
