I'm Ophelia, a Slovak singer-songwriter creating dreamy, melancholic music shaped by emotion, atmosphere and storytelling. I started out experimenting with different genres and sounds, but over time I found myself most at home in dream-pop and alternative music. My sound blends melancholic piano, lush strings, subtle electric guitar and dreamy layered production with soft, intimate alto vocals. For me, a song is more than a melody and a set of lyrics , it's a story. I approach each song as its own little world, using music, words and atmosphere to bring its characters, moments and emotions to life. Whether tender, melancholic, romantic or haunting, I want every song to carry a feeling that stays with the listener after it ends.What matters most to me is creating music that tells a story, carries genuine emotion and gives the listener something to feel.
