PIERPA

Barcellona, Spagna

PIERPA is a guitarist and composer borned in 1995 originally from central Italy (Le Marche, Recanati). At the age of 12 he picked up a classical guitar for the first time (which he still owns) and from then on he never stopped playing, practicing and inventing with it. He now lives in Barcelona (Spain) where he mainly teaches rock, jazz, latin and flamenco guitar. In fact, his studies range from jazz (he has 2 degrees in jazz guitar) to flamenco. In Barcelona PIERPA is attending the ESMUC conservatory learning the language of the flamenco guitar in depth. He plays regularly in Barcelona with other musicians from the area and in some solo sets. His first EP/Album will be released soon where you can listen to electronic sounds within his songs. We are also anxiously awaiting a 12-song album where jazz and flamenco come together. An album in collaboration with other 6 musicians from South America, Spain and Italy.
