🎸 About Midnight Lantern Blues 🌙
I’m a 64-year-old musician from Belgium.
I started playing guitar at the age of 14, later adding keyboards and songwriting to my musical journey. For decades, music has been a constant companion — late nights, emotions, stories, and melodies shaped by life itself.
I always played mostly on my own, creating music from the heart rather than following trends. Influenced by the soulful spirit of classic blues rock, soft rock, and emotional storytelling, my songs blend cinematic atmosphere, deep feeling guitar, and reflections about life, humanity, mystery, and the universe.
After a lifetime of playing, writing, and dreaming… I finally felt it was time to share my music with the world.
Welcome to Midnight Lantern Blues.
🌙 Soulful blues rock for rainy nights and endless skies.

Blood In The Sand
A cinematic journey through war, destruction, and the cost humanity keeps paying.
Burning cities. Empty battlefields. Echoes of history repeating again and again.
This song is not about glorifying war — it is about confronting the pain, loss, and consequences left behind.
🎧 Headphones recommended.
