Piano lessons in grade school were drudgery ... until Elton John appeared to personally tutor me (at least that's how it seemed!). Alt-rock / pre-grunge bands took me touring big festivals in U.S., Canada and Europe in the late-80s. Celtic-rock and medieval music has been more of a thrill lately, in bands and festivals. A Near-Perfect Death is my first solo piano release. The ambient, new agey style is crafted to bring hope and healing in troubled times.
