I am a retired teacher who has rediscovered my love of song writing, recording and producing music. I first started out playing in a band in 1980 when I was a teenager and was much inspired by the punk and newave music of the time. In the band we played mostly local venues and released our first single in December 1983. This was publicised on local radio and led to some interest from a number of record companies and promoters. We played our largest gig at the Polytechnic of Wales to an audience of over 2000 students but this was to be our last ever public performance. The band pursued their musical dream in 1985/86 by moving to London and continued to write, record and produce new original material. I left London in the Summer of 1986 to pursue my teaching career working in three schools for the next 32 years. I will be 60 in February, 2023 and though it would be great to release my first ever solo single 40 years after releasing our first single with the band Internal Beat. Enjoy!
