Phil Ireland is a vocalist, multi instrumentalist, songwriter, solo performer & band rolled into one.
His original music styles range from pop, funk & soul. His songs are vocal & guitar driven, which also appeals to indie & rock audiences.
In the 4 years of going solo Phil has supported Tony Hadley, Go West, T’Pau, Heaven 17, Doctor & The Medics, John Power (Cast), Paul Young & S Club 7. Has played big events all over the North West from ‘Music In The Park’ to ‘Darwen Live’ to the world famous Colne ‘Rhythm & Blues festival’.
Phil Ireland rebooted his music carrier as a solo artist after 7 successful years in the rock world with Exit State & Breaking Waves. Those bands gigged all over Europe, shot 2 music videos in the US & supported artists Michael Schenker, Blackstone Cherry, Andy Cairns (Therapy), Black Spiders, Reckless Love & Gun, playing Shepherd’s Bush Empire, 02 Glasgow & Manchester Ritz along the way.
