I’m a survivor. Since I was 12, I’ve carried more than I ever should have. I’ve faced things, suffered plenty, and lost more. After surviving a toxic, psychologically abusive relationship, I was forced to face everything I thought I had already made peace with, all the past versions of me. Now I’m healing out loud. I speak so HER doesn’t stay silent and I tell the truth, even when it’s hard. I am unapologetically me. I’m a writer, poet, songwriter, mother, grandmother, and dog mom. I love to hike, laugh, be outdoors, and just breathe peace into each moment, wherever they may take me. But above all things, I turned my scars into wings. Never let your wounds define you… HER
