I’ve always believed recovery is more than rest — it’s a ritual, a proving ground, a place where the body and mind are reforged. For me, stepping into the ice, the heat, or the grind has never been about comfort. It’s about discipline. It’s about choosing to endure when everything inside you wants to quit.
That’s where Primal Fire was born. I wanted to create music that reflected the same intensity and purpose as the recovery process itself — not background tracks, but anthems. These songs are forged for the people who step into the ice bath, who walk into the sauna, who push through pain because they know on the other side is strength.
Every track is built to feel like steel and flame colliding with breath and blood. Heavy guitars and primal rhythms drive the grit, while layered melodies remind us of the rise on the other side. This is music to recover to — music to make you last longer in the cold, stand taller in the fire, and push further than you thought possible.
