The P-Waves is an indie rock band started by singer songwriter Matthew Watson in Orlando, Fl. The band started when they released their single “Trying to comb my hair different” in 2020 which was compared to The Pixies, Pavement and Guided by Voices wrapped into one song, a little buzz from that one song started The P-Waves engine, after that single they released others like “The Cycle Signal” and “Itchy Wool Sweaters”, followed up with “Run the Cards” and “Digital Dreams” in 2021-2023. The sound has a Lo-Fi, Garage Rock, indie sound that the band has grown a thirst for. If you think you accidentally got a b-side when listening, you have found The P-Waves, enjoy.
