Quill & Chord Creations is an independent songwriting and production house founded by Tammy Scovronski, built to give different stories the space they deserve. Each project under the Quill & Chord name carries its own voice and sound, spanning multiple genres and perspectives without being boxed into a single identity. Songs are written and creatively directed by Tammy, with AI-assisted vocals and instrumentation used as performance tools — not as the message itself. The focus remains on intentional storytelling, lyrical substance, and music that stands for something without chasing trends or polish for its own sake. Many Voices. Many Worlds. One Conviction.

Operation Epic Fury
Operation Epic Fury I wrote this song as a tribute to the men and women who serve far from home so the rest of us can live in peace. The idea behind the song was to capture the feeling of a mission unfolding — the tension before takeoff, the roar of engines, the chaos of battle, and ultimately the moment when hope rises for the people who have been waiting in the shadows for freedom. Operation Epic Fury follows that journey from the first call to action to the final return home. It’s about courage, sacrifice, and the belief that freedom is worth defending. At its heart, the song is a thank-you to those who stand watch when the world is sleeping, and a reminder that behind every operation are real people carrying the weight of protecting others. Turn it up and feel the mission. — Quill & Chord Creations - Mastered by mixea.commore

Before the Highways
This track is about foundation The things that existed before most of us ever realized what it took to build the world we live in It tells the story of an era when progress was loud dirty dangerous and human When steel fire and sweat connected towns states and entire generations who depended on those rails to survive At its core this song is about the people behind the machines The workers who laid track through mud rock snow and heat The crews who ran through night storms and mountain grades without asking for comfort praise or recognition The lyrics move across landscapes timber towns prairie fields mountain passes river crossings and the growing skeleton of a nation being stitched together mile by mile There is pride in this track but its grounded pride Respect for sacrifice Respect for labor Respect for the kind of strength that built something meant to last longer than the people who built it There is also a legacy theme running through it The idea that while the engines may fade and the smoke may clear the impact never disappears The rails are still there The towns are still there The country they helped build is still standing Emotionally this track is meant to feel wide powerful and rooted Like standing somewhere quiet and realizing history didnt leave It just got quieter Its not really about trains Its about building something bigger than yourself Its about sacrifice that turns into legacy And its about the truth that some foundations never stop holding everything up.more

Iron Horses
This track is about inheritance Not money Not land Memory Its built around the idea that some parts of history dont get passed down in textbooks They get passed down in stories late at night from people who lived close enough to hear the ground shake when history rolled past their front door At its core this is a generational song Grandparent to grandkid Story to story Sound to memory It captures a time when machines werent just machines they were lifelines They carried soldiers families mail hope survival and the future of towns that might not have existed without them Theres pride in it but not chest pounding pride More like quiet respect The kind you feel when you realize how much was built before you ever got here The song moves from personal memory into national memory From one man telling stories about night trains to the realization that those iron horses helped stitch an entire country together Coast to coast Mountain to plain War to peace Past to future Theres a bittersweet layer running through it too The machines might be quieter now but theyre not gone They live in museums In rails still in the ground In kids playing with toy trains In the way certain sounds still make people stop and look up Emotionally its meant to feel warm wide and nostalgic without feeling old More like standing in the present and realizing youre surrounded by echoes you didnt notice before Its not really about trains Its about legacy Its about the people who built things meant to outlive them And its about the strange beautiful truth that sometimes steel remembers longer than we do.more
