Remi grew up with music as a significant part of his life. From an early age, he loved singing and learned a few chords on the guitar. However, it wasn’t until young adulthood that the songwriter in him truly awakened, and songwriting became a passion. After giving his life fully to Jesus Christ, he chose to build his life around faith. Marriage, family, everyday life—and especially music—took on a deeper meaning and direction. His lyrics are rooted in the Bible and personal experiences, often inspired by messages and sermons that have guided him through life. Remi is drawn to the melancholic tones of minor keys, finding joy in their depth. His first songs were written in the early ’90s, with more coming along the way—and hopefully, many more to come. Now, his goal is to share them with the world. His lyrics are intimate and purposeful, offering both comfort and challenge—like a sermon, wrapped in rhyme and melody.
