Freelance musician, trumpeter, stilts walker and Actor based in NYC. Persuing a career in the arts, with a masters degree in trumpet performance from Mannes School of Music. Raul has played in venues like Carbegie Hall, Teatro Nacional in Mexico, Alice Tully Hall. Raul has played alongside and for music icons such as: Wynton Marsalis, Papo Vazquez, Tine Thing Helseth, John Benitez, David Krauss, and many others. Raul’s veriety in music genres expand from classical music, to baroque, to salsa, jazz, latin fusion and hip hop. He also writes his own music, where he sings, raps and plays different instruments, such as: base, keys and other percussion instruments.
