Jay Longhofer is a Midwest Musician, Guitarist, and Producer located in the heartland of America in Wichita, Ks. Longhofer has spent the duration of his professional life in service to his country and community and is now dedicating the rest of his adult life to self-producing his music to share with others. Longhofer is not sponsored or affiliated with any other entities or musicians and produces all his music in-house in his home studio. Longhofer respects the craft of all musicians as well as the many genres they represent. Originally a guitar player he founded the band Summer of Solace and dove into the endless quest of "tone searching" as a result. After parting ways with Summer of Solace and cutting his teeth with live performance he dove into studio production, engineering, and developing his vocal abilities. Longhofer has self-produced countless singles and as of April 2023 is releasing his first solo-album. Longhofer leans on the heavier side of music with chorus focus.
