Born Darren C. James in Pennsylvania, PA, Reytro Blaze got his first introductions to music in the church. Leading songs every Sunday and playing the drums anytime he got a chance. Reytro developed a love for music that soon lead beyond the church. In middle school he fell in love with the art form of rap and could be seen daily with his cherished rhymebook. He went on to join rap group INF, which included him and his college roommate Swaggakid. After that ended he went behind the scenes by founding his very own entertainment publication, Southern Plug Magazine. He then founded the Southern Plug Music Awards and the Metro Music Awards honoring some of the best in southern entertainment. Reytro"s passion for music never died. In 2021 during the pandemic with alot of time in his hands Reytro decided to release new music and has been recording and performing every since.
