With a distinct sound to her voice, Rods Garcia makes herself apparent when she sings any song. With a vocal style that best suits Jazz and Big Band songs, she can still easily experiment with other genres while giving them her trademark sound. Rods always loved singing, but it was at fifteen when she found a unique style that would suit her vocal range with the help of her father's favorite records. She then went on to discover classic crooners and their genres which went well with her voice. With heavy influence from classic crooners such as Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, and Patsy Cline (just to name a few), Rods' voice embodies a nostalgic and uncommon sound. She self-learned technicalities on singing in 2021 and practiced regularly to perfect her tone. By 2022, she has mastered her technique which was just in time for her first original song WAITIN'.
