It is a kaleidoscope of Roman's style, from Afro Tech to Amapiano, and everything else right in between—all mixed into this very singular, highly infectious rhythm that hooks listeners from left, right, and center. From an early age, Roman had been bathed in sound. Drawing on deep traditions of African music and also the contemporary sounds of electronic and dance genres, Roman has fashioned something at once both recognizably familiar and strikingly new.
