Ryla is a colourful duo from Ithaca, New York, featuring the talents of multi-instrumentalists Ryan Newton and Tyler Marlette. Blurring the barriers of influences from Punk, Indie, Reggae, Alternative, Pop, Psychedelia, and Hip-Hop; the duo has spent all of 2020 bunkered down recording a number of singles.
Their live line-up features Newton (vocals, guitar, keys), Marlette (drums), Alec Young (bass), Sam Young (keys, vocals), and Dave Greenblatt (guitar). Ryla fully intends to release new, inspired music both on their own and with featured artists for the foreseeable future and we would personally like to thank you for checking us out!
