SJ Gandia is a multi-awarded songwriter in the United States and has accomplished achievements in the Philippines by being a three-time Himig Handog Songwriting competition finalist. Her songs were "Bumabalik Ang Nagdaan" (Jessa Zaragoza) which won "Star Music Choice Award" (2014), "Tinatapos Ko Na" (Jona) became the theme song of telenovela of "The World of Married Couple" and "The Broken Marriage Vow". The song was also used at the movie, "The Momol Nights". Her song, "Tinadhana Sa 'Yo" won the "MOR Choice Award" and "TFC Global Choice Award" at Himig Handog. She has also written commercial jingles for US companies such as Manila Sky Ice Cream, One Heart Caregiving service, Atty Jemela Nettles. Her political song, "Pilipinas, Tumindig Sa 'Yo" have more than 11.8 million streams as well as "The Heaven", etc.
