Sang Chita, also known by his real name Najib Zulkepli, is a talented rapper and performer from Singapore. He has been honing his skills since the age of 13 and has made a significant impact in the local music scene. In 2006, Sang Chita achieved a remarkable feat by winning the solo rap championship at the Singapore Street Festival. This victory showcased his exceptional talent and set him apart from his peers. Since then, he has been performing under the guidance of Ms. Elim Chew, the founder of 77th Street, a renowned organization in Singapore. In 2009, Sang Chita made a transition to Malay rap, exploring new horizons and expanding his artistic repertoire. During this time, he collaborated with 19 Shootz for various shows and even worked on an unreleased track titled "Kembalilah," which demonstrated his versatility as an artist. Sang Chita's writing style is characterised by his ability to capture the essence of what is happening around him and explore inner self-motivation.
