I make music as a way of listening inward. I don’t approach songs as performances so much as emotional environments — spaces built through instinct, honesty, and restraint. My work focuses on clarity over volume, precision over drama, and creating sound people can step inside rather than be pushed by. I write from lived experience and internal observation, often exploring attachment, regulation, identity, and what remains after intensity fades. My process is intuitive and self-guided, built on trusting internal signals and letting the music find its own shape. I release music under the name Ions and Atoms and am based in Kansas City.
