Sugartongueband

Adelaide SA, Australia

Sugar Tongue bends it, twists it, and wraps it around your head until you’re dizzy. Off the back of their debut album ‘Tongue Twister', Adelaide’s own four-piece are a bottle of looseness that pours out surf-rock grooves with laid-back reggae pulses and just enough pop bite to stick in your head for days. Tom’s got the vocals that swing between sweet and snarling, Leo has guitar lines that shimmer like a melted paddle pop, Hudson’s drums hit like a tradie’s first beer at knock-off, and Stirling tangles himself up in riffs until they explode across the room. From playing at your neighbour's backyard barbecue to the 2025 Stay Gold’s Battle of the Bands. Sugar Tongue is loud, loose, and turns every gig into a sweat soaked, smoke hazed, beer splashed sermon. Sugar Tongue aren’t just twisting words, they’re twisting your night into something you’ll still be talking about tomorrow.
