I've been writing and playing music since school and co.lege band days and was a semi-pro on he UK folk scene from 1998 to 2006. I won the Best Music prize at Buxton Festival Fringe in 1998, toured in Europe at the end of the 90s, and had songs covered by bands including folkies Pilgrims Way and punks Dog Piss. I’ve maintained a parallel and breadwinning path as a writer (12 books to date) and editor, currently working from bases in Oxford and northeast Bohemia. My latest music is being produced in collaboration with folk scene illuminati and prog veteran and producer Ian Pearson in Normandy.
