Mount Laurel, NJ, USA

Surge Maxum is an independent artist, producer, composer, and founder of Maxum Sound Collective. Refusing to be confined by a single genre, he creates music that spans hip-hop, trap, drill, R&B, lo-fi, EDM, orchestral, cinematic, instrumental, ambient, experimental, and genre-blending productions. Every project is an opportunity to explore new ideas, whether it's a hard-hitting anthem, an emotional composition, a cinematic score, a relaxing atmosphere, or a beat designed for another artist to build upon. Influenced by film, video games, classical orchestration, and modern music production, Surge Maxum approaches every release with the goal of creating memorable experiences instead of following trends. As both an artist and producer, he continues expanding his catalog, embracing creative freedom, collaboration, and constant evolution while building a body of work that welcomes listeners from every musical background.
