Synthetiqa is a one-man operation, born from years of me playing classic rock in various local bands before making the jump to solo artist and a change of direction into EDM, electronica and incidental music. I write, record, produce and master all Synthetiqa’s material, and as a photographer I also create any artwork and video. I started out as a bass player and guitarist and still record guitar based music as well as EDM. I loved the 80s synth bands and that's when I first got my Pro One! I'd say my influences since then started with Gary Numan, Kraftwerk and Wendy Carlos' seminal Switched On Bach and The Well Tempered Synthesizer albums, and continued on to include Eno and Underworld.
