Hello. My name is Tyler Pounds. I am the lead singer and vocalist for "The Hallowed Pumpkins". The Hallowed Pumpkins is a "Powered Death Metal Band". We fuse both Power Metal with Death Metal. This type of Death Metal is also classified under "Melodic Death Metal". I founded the band and hold all of the rights to the band myself. I am half Native American and half Scots-Irish (Celtic). Both Native American's and Celtic People's enjoy the American holiday of Halloween. The Hallowed Pumpkins is in reference to the Jack O' Lanterns that are used for the holiday of Halloween. The American holiday of Halloween celebrates the dead and gives reference to our dead ancestors who came before us. Since our band is a "American Death Metal Band", we thought the name was fitting as Halloween is all of our bands favorite holiday. We hope you enjoy our performance!
