Another meaning of the word "Congress" is "Intercourse". "Intercourse" can pertain to "Sex" but it can also mean "Dialogue". "Blind", well it means you can't see. Inspired by Ambient and Industrial, Blind Congress began to create multi layered (ghosting) music on his home stereo in 1988. Though his workflow has changed dramatically, he is still influenced by those early days.
