The Last Of The Unknowns began about three years ago when Jason Reo reached out to former bandmate Steve Rufolo. Their goal was to write kick ass songs that people can sing along to. 2020 was spent writing and recording demos in Jason's basement. Steve played drums and layed down vocal tracks while Jason played lead, rhythm and bass guitars. The intention was to eventually fill out the band with other musicians. They completed nine demos and gave them to another former bandmate, Chris Hand to review. Soon after, he joined Jason and Steve to play bass guitar. The guys quickly realized that they had something special and set out to re-record some of the demos along with the addition of new material. COVID definitely slowed their progress down to a snail's pace but things quickly picked up in 2021. The Last Of The Unknowns now have a twelve song self titled debut album. Their music is a combination of hard rock / alternative with a hint of pop punk.
