Biography of Sinelizwi Mcilizeli. Born and bred in the dusty streets of Langa, a township in Cape Town rife with the history of South Africa. Music has always been a major part of my life, however due to school, I only started professionally playing as a DJ in 2013 wherein I kickstarted my career by landing myself a position to become the resident deep house DJ of Eskhaleni Lounge in Gugulethu NY6. Due to the exposure and recognition I got in the night life scene, opportunities presented themselves and I got to DJ at some of Cape Town’s famous hangout spots in Long Street such as Julep Cocktail Lounge, Saint Lounge , Sneaker Cartel and Bazinga Bar, not to mention being booked in Port Elizabeth at VIP Lounge which goes to show the magnitude to which my supporters have grown. I’ve also had the honour of sharing the stage with some of South Africa’s major recording artists such as Nasty C, A-Reece and The Soil, just to name a few. I currently have an album out called “Sapha iAux Album”
