TexanSpitfires

County Clare Ireland

I'm an Irish musician and song-writer (60), formerly resident in the UK and now living in Co. Clare, Ireland; my band name is Texan Spitfires. I released my album 'Magical:Tragical' in May 2025 which was followed up by an EP 'The Nashville Tapes' in June (2025), both of which were produced by Pete Duffy at The Dreams Loft Studios, Belharbour, Co. Clare, between November 2024 and June 2025, with additional recording in Marrakesh, Morocco and Nasville, TN. Both the LP and EP are available on Spotify, YouTube, iTunes, etc. and have been well received to date: "..captures the essence of the American southern sound." (Sunny Side Up); "A wonderful composition, characterized by simple harmonies, accompaniment by piano and stringed instruments, repeated choruses, beautiful baritone vocal lines and narrative lyrics, and blues and country elements."
