Named after the California police code for disturbing the peace, the 415s blistering blend of surf/garage/beer rock has been fueling parties since the early 1980s. Their sound is like if you put the Ramones, the Ventures, and the Replacements in a blender, poured some beer over it and hit the liquefy button. The 415s are Dave McMillan (guitar/vocals), Marc Theodore (bass), Chris Warshaw (guitar), and Matt Muir (drums).
