The Evergreen is an indie rock project by guitarist & song writer Corey Evans. With the use of dreamy reverb and delay, The Evergreen has a Neo-psychedelic sound marked by dancy drum beats. Influences include Slowdive, Hammock, Modest Mouse and The Helio Sequence. Corey has been playing the guitar for more than 2o years, Writing and recording songs in his home studio outside of Portland, Oregon. His latest work is a collection inspired by the album Everything Is Alive by Slowdive with plans to be released at the end of October 2023.
