A singer/songwriter based in Dorset UK, Tim Lacey has performed for many years as a bass player in original bands and song writing has always been a part of his life.
Over the past two years, his enthusiasm has accelerated after joining the online song writing club Comuso, where like minded people share and encourage each other to hone their writing and recording skills.
Last summer, Tim stepped out of his comfort zone and began performing his set of newly written songs live at events and open mics, gaining confidence as a singer/songwriter.
He now plans to bring his music to a wider audience with new recordings and releasing his very first single ‘Flickering Candles’ on 28th February 2025, a song about the tragic story of The Halsewell, a ship wrecked on the Dorset coast in 1876.
