Everyday Avatar are an alt-rock band from Southampton created by former Lost Boys keyboardist and current Teenage Waitress guitarist, Alex Brackley. The revolving line-up of the group is reflected in the varying musical detours in their music, from folkie acoustic musings to feedback ridden post punk via 60s psychedelia. Live slots have included opening for Starsailor’s James Walsh and they have received airplay on BBC Solent.
In 2022 they released their self-produced first LP, The Stories We Tell Ourselves. They are currently working on a follow-up album, scheduled for release in early 2023.
