Tom’s music performance career on saxophone, clarinet and flute has taken him from the bullfight stadiums of Mexico and the top concert halls of Japan to major jazz clubs across America. Tom plays popular standard songs in a “straight ahead” style. He’s had the opportunity to perform extensively with world-class musicians like Buddy Collette, Bud Freeman, Bruce Forman, and Laurel Masse of the Manhattan Transfer to name a few. Tom has led bands in steady “house” engagements at The Carnelian Room atop the Bank of America Building in San Francisco and The Signature Room on the 95th floor of The John Hancock Building in Chicago. He’s been a featured performer in concerts at The University of Illinois, Yokohama City Concerts, Takara Saké USA, and Indiana University East.
